KINDER MORGAN’S TRANS-MOUNTAIN PIPELINE

Facilitated by Kennedy Stewart‘s constituency office in North Burnaby, this is an opportunity for Burnaby and North Vancouver residents to have their input into the National Energy Board’s approval process.

I worked with constituency office staff to give residents and businesses information about the pipeline route through their neighbourhoods, the toxic components of diluted bitumen and the risk of increased tanker traffic in our Burrard Inlet.

Engaging with other volunteers from the community, I assisted at public meetings and in the office, helping people apply to be Intervenors in the National Energy Board hearings.
